India is the ideal place for a soul-searching quest and Rishikesh is like cherry on top. Rishikesh has a history that takes it back to the era of Lord Rama. It was believed that Lord Rama came to Rishikesh for penance after killing Ravan. There is so much more you can do in Rishikesh like the Ganga Arti on the ghats, hiking, nature trails or simply stroll through the streets listening to interesting stories and soaking in the ambience that is purely Rishikesh.
